Save the Photos aims to rescue and restore the photographic and family treasures of those affected by the recent DANA. Besides taking care of the photographs, this initiative aims to provide social and emotional support, offering hope and positivism, fostering social cohesion, improving individual and community well-being, strengthening social networks, helping recover their identity, and providing purpose and meaning.

The Serà Horta Sud 2030 project is a project that arises from the collaboration between the Horta Sud Foundation, the associative and business fabric of the region, the museum, the Mancomunitat Horta Sud and the Diputació de València, and whose purpose is to raise awareness, debate and propose measures and actions in line with compliance with the 2030 Urban Agenda and the SDGs for the structuring and improvement of the region and the quality of life of its people.

We propose to boost the creative level of our adolescent students in secondary school, incorporating a highly relevant resource such as museums, powerful informal education environments that can help us improve the secondary educational scenario, generating synergies with educational centers.

This project, financed by the Generalitat Valenciana and with support from the University of Valencia, allows the participating museums to present their collections in a ways which represent diverse perspectives. The intention is to stimulate new conversations and invite the visitor to reflect on the role of women, patriarchal myths and social inequality between men and women.
